Mentale Fitheid is a one woman practise. My name is Margreet Suurenbroek-ter Brugge. I am a psychologist specialising in Work and Organisational Psychology, Stress Management, and Reintegration.
I am genuinely happy when, through our conversations, you discover more about yourself—what you want in life and which challenges you need to address. With warm attention, I listen to your story and help you become aware of underlying needs or assumptions.

I sincerely believe there are many solutions and approaches for each problem, which is why I value collaboration with professionals from diverse disciplines. Contacting experts such as physiotherapists, GPs, dietitians, haptonomists, and occupational therapists is of great value.
In addition to my work as a psychologist/coach, as described on this website, I work as a Praktijkondersteuner GGZ (Practice Support Mental Health) in GP practices. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on creative projects, and being in nature or on the water, sailing.
